Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri by 8:00 AM Pacific ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 8:00 AM Pacific ship the next business day.
  • No weekend or U.S.-holiday fulfillment.

Shipping & delivery

  • Delivery options and prices are shown at checkout.
  • A tracking link is emailed when the label is created; allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear.
  • Transit times are estimates, not guarantees.

Address changes

If you entered an incorrect address, email support@landmarklanding.com immediately with your order number and the correct address. Once fulfilled, we can’t reroute a package.

Delivery issues (lost, delayed, or marked “delivered”)

  1. Wait 24 hours and check with neighbors/building staff.
  2. Contact your local carrier office.
  3. Email us within 7 days of the marked-delivered date; we’ll assist with a claim and handle replacements case-by-case.

Damaged on arrival

Photograph the packaging and product and email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund after review.

International duties & taxes

We ship all international orders DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Applicable import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees are calculated and paid at the time of purchase, ensuring streamlined customs clearance and eliminating any payments due upon delivery. Shipments are accurately declared in accordance with customs regulations; we do not mark packages as “gift.”

Undeliverable / refused shipments

If a package returns to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the product price minus original shipping and any return/handling fees. We can reship; new postage will apply.

Restrictions

We don’t ship to embargoed destinations or locations where carriers are not operating reliably.
